West Seattle "warbox" interior

Choosing colors for this tiny cottage was fun. We knew we wanted a light palette because of its size, but as with the exterior, we were attracted to a twist on what’s expected. The colors we chose were, yes, blue and yellow, but think Renoir, not Crayola. These colors are soft yet¬†sophisticated, reflecting the architect and woodworker owners’ sensibilities and contrasting with the exterior’s vibrance.
